More Easter Egg Hunts!

More pictures from our Easter egg hunts last weekend! Gracie definitely figured out the basket concept and claimed everyone else's as her own-especially if they were full of goodies!

We got to decorate cookies-Julia's favorite part was the icing and the sprinkles!

Julia tried out the big jumper slide and was a PRO at it! She has had lots of practice with it lately!

Playschool Easter Egg Hunt

Well, it's our weekend of egg hunts starting with Julia's Playschool Easter party and egg hunt. She was so cute hunting for the eggs! Here is a shot of her "in action".

Her favorite-the pink "princess" egg! I looked down at her basket at one point and it was full of pink eggs! We had to get her to give all colors a chance!

Egg Hunt Training!

We have THREE Easter egg hunts to go to next weekend including our 3rd Annual Northwood Egg Hunt. So, we decided to do a little bit of training today with the girls. They are EXCELLENT egg hunters and we had a wonderful time! Julia loves modeling with her Easter basket!

Gracie was a champ at finding the eggs and then putting them in her basket! She loved walking around with her basket looking for the next egg!

So excited to find eggs and put them in the basket!!!! Hope they will do as well next weekend as they did with their practice today!

Sesame Street Friends!

We went on a boat ride one morning with Elmo and Zoe - great family pics with both of our friends!

Julia loved meeting all the Sesame Street friends, especially Abby Cadabby!

We even got to make cookies with Cookie Monster one afternoon! She made one for herself and one for Cookie Monster!

We may have to have multiple posts for all our pictures, but here's a GREAT start! The girls got to smile for the camera one afternoon walking around the resort and at the beach!

Gracie's FIRST Birthday!

Happy FIRST birthday Gracie! She was so excited this morning as she was having her morning waffle and smiled SO big for us!

On our way to Red Robin for our birthday supper! Of course, we ALWAYS have a baby doll with us-thanks Libby and Elise for our birthday dolly!

The BEST part of all-ICE CREAM after supper! She LOVED it!

Trip to the Carousel

We went on a mystery trip Saturday afternoon - to the Carousel in Memphis! The girls had SO much fun and got to ride it 4 different times!

We then went to Huey's for supper and re-introduced the girls to one of our FAVORITE Memphis restaurants! Julia had so much fun deciding what she would get from the legendary menus! She of course decided on chicken strips and fries - the girls even got a surprise ice cream cup for dessert! What a great time we had!

Snow on Northwood!

We got a little bit of snow this morning so the girls wanted to get out and enjoy it! We got lots of sledding done, made baby snowmen, and made lots of snow balls! Gracie had the most fun just watching all the "big" kids sledding and playing in the snow. It won't be long before she joins them!
